Fort Bragg Big River Run

Fun Times along the foggy trail. This trail starts out as redwood duff, perfect for running long, in to berry brambles from mile 8 on. The last two miles out were less than perfect, but not too much to complain about. Lots of cat shit out there, of the large cat variety. The water was pretty low along the river, and had a hydroponics green hue to it ;)

Fort Bragg 500 Trail

Up, Up, and Away. This "trail" had some pretty steep climbs towards the end. I think I was just making it up as I went along towards the finish. I have no idea why the endpoints aren't at the same start/finish. I think Garmin was as frustrated with this run as I was.
